World Youth Day 2023

World Youth Day (WYD) 2023  in Lisbon August 1-6 is the gathering of young people from all over the world with Pope Francis. It is also a pilgrimage, a celebration of youth, an expression of the universal Church and an intense moment of evangelization for the youth world.  The World Community for Christian Meditation (WCCM) will have a significant presence there and the gift of Christian Meditation will be offered at this high profile, global Christian youth event.  There is no need to already be part of a Christian Meditation group. However, our program will involve daily moments of Christian Meditation so that young people can experience the practice and get to know our tradition. Here is the WCCM programme for WYD.

WCCM Canada is seeking young Canadians (age 18-30) who would like to join this event of a lifetime.  This would offer a great opportunity for one or a few young Canadians to participate in a truly life changing event, create valuable global relationships with Christian youths and be introduced to Christian Meditation all at the same time.  Are you 35 or younger and interested to attend WYD 2023?
