Sundae Sunday + Ministry Awareness Coffee #2

Our Social and Communications Teams will hold a combined  “Sundae Sunday” and Ministerial Awareness Coffee #2 after the Sunday 22 September 11:00 AM Mass.  This family event will feature a variety of ice cream and other coffee treats for all to enjoy, along with kids’ activities.  We will also concurrently hold our 2nd Parish Ministry Awareness Outreach or Coffee to help grow our 40+ activities and needs at all 21-22 September masses.  

While the ice-cream main attraction is limited to the Sunday 11:00 AM Mass, Ministry, Parish Council Reps, and others will be present at all weekend masses to engage and answer questions about Ministerial engagement:

• Ministries are invited to bring any display materials they may wish to share and engage in casual dialogue with Parishioners and other Ministries in the vestibule at the back of the church after each weekend mass (and/or for  downstairs for ’Sundae Sunday’).
• A culminating “Ministerial Dialogue & Working Group Session” to collaboratively seek ideas for future growth remains tentative for October.
